The Results

Élan was tasked with reaching 75% of the US adult population in 30 days, controlling for a specific notification frequency of 1x or 2x, depending on the settlement status of the state. We planned and executed a comprehensive national media plan across the mediums of Mobile, Desktop, Facebook, Radio, and Print which combined to reach 75% of adults in 50 states, and two US territories (Guam, Virgin Islands) We leveraged industry-leading technology to control and deliver a legally specified number of legal notifications, working within the constraints of a 1x-2x frequency at a national scale across virtually all marketing mediums.
